Yes, Taiwan has experienced conflict, most notably during the Chinese Civil War (1927-1949), when the Nationalist government retreated to Taiwan after being defeated by the Communists on the mainland. Additionally, tensions between Taiwan and China have led to military confrontations, such as the Taiwan Strait Crises in the 1950s, but there has not been a full-scale war since the end of the Civil War. Today, the situation remains tense, with ongoing disputes over sovereignty and military posturing from both sides.
Taiwan IS a country. What do you mean by "Is there any countries in taiwan?"
Tiawan never went to war I asked if they had any wars the oldest person told me that. I went a couple of weeks ago
Absolutely
As the earlier answer pointed out, in Taiwan. However, you can also go to any nearby currency exchange store and they will most likely be able to exchange any of your currency for the New Taiwan Dollar!
Do you mean WERE there any wars in 1648?
No she was not involved in any wars
yes
Red China supplied Chicom (Communist Chinese) MiG19 (J6 series) jets, armor (tanks), small arms (AK47s), etc. to North Vietnam. Nationalist China (aka Taiwan & Formosa) was a US ally for cold war purposes only (WWIII purposes only). NC (Taiwan) was consistently supplied by the US with USN warships, USAF jets, USA tanks, etc. But to avoid a confrontation with Communist China the US policy was Nationalist China (Taiwan) was to stay out of any US involved wars in Asia. Another words, to avoid making Red China angry (avoid giving Communist China a reason/excuse) to enter any US involved wars; Taiwan (Nationalist China) was to stay out of Asian wars. NC volunteered many times & were perfectly willing to help out, but their offer was declined.
No, it has not been in any wars yet. ;)
Of course peru was in any wars so yes
No, he has not served in the military in any wars.
Taiwan, formerly Formosa, was acquired by Japan in 1895 after the first Sino-Japanese War. Strictly speaking, Taiwan was not an Axis Nation, any more than Denmark was in 1941.
