This alliance allowed them to dominate much of central Mexico and expand their influence and territory. Together, they established the Aztec Empire, which became one of the most powerful civilizations in Mesoamerica.
Spain, they became the most powerful country in Europe in the 16th Century as they were first to discover the Western Hemisphere and the Pacific Ocean. They rapidly capitalized on this new discovery, and through there conquest of almost the whole of Central and South America, they conquered the two most wealthy and powerful empires in the Americas; the Aztec and the Inca.

The Aztecs existed from the 14th to the 16th century in Central Mexico. They were a powerful civilization known for their advanced agricultural practices, intricate architecture, and religious rituals. The Aztec Empire was conquered by Spanish conquistadors in the 16th century.
