One major problem in Nigeria is overcrowding in the cities. Schools are overcrowded as well, and it becomes harder to add technology into the classroom when it is hard enough to accommodate the needs of all the students in the classroom. The government is also less willing to invest in educational technologies if the money currently spent on education is doing a seemingly satisfactory job, and the money can be better spent elsewhere.
