The theft statute for the state of Wisconsin includes auto theft. This can also mean use of a rental car without extended permission and is a Class C felony.

"RSMo 195.211" means "Missouri Revised Statutes, chapter 195, section 211".It has to do with production or distribution of controlled substances (drugs, or possibly ingredients that can be used to make drugs)."Felony B" refers to what Missouri calls a "class B felony", which is a felony (a severe crime, worse than a misdemeanor). Class B is the second "worst" kind of felony; class A felonies are murder, some kinds of kidnapping, forcible rape of a child, and so on.The various classes are used to determine what the maximum sentence for the crime is. Class B felonies have a sentencing range of not less than 5 nor more than 15 years in prison. Under certain conditions, repeat offenders can be sentenced for a class B felony as if it were a class A felony instead: 10-30 years, or life imprisonment.
It means, If you take something from someone without threatening them, intimidating them, or using force to take the object, it will be a class 5 felony (I don't know the different classes) and it wont matter how much the value of the object is, so you could steal a piece of candy, and have it caught on surveillance, or steal a car at night time without threatening someone... both those would be considered class 5
What does felony BOUND OVER TO CPC mean
Not sure what you mean by "class you" but any felony precludes a person from owning a firearm and no state will issue a firearms permit to somone who is a felon, unless you have had your rights restored.
The letters that follow a felony are the degrees of the felony crime. A felony 6 is the lowest felony with a 1 being the highest.
Stealing is stealing. I would say it depends on the value and the thiefs criminal historyAdded: As stated above, a theft is a theft - it makes nio difference if the item stolen is a firearm or a refrigerator. If you mean a 900 dollar firearm, that value is greater than the dollar amount separating misdemeanor crimes from felony crimes, at least in any jurisldiction I am aware of. . . so, the charge would be a felony offense (i.e.: Grand Larceny or Grand Theft).
"My guess is that the abbreviation "bf" means "By Force."*BF does not mean 'by force'. BF is the categorization of the crime. BF means it was a Class B Felony, which means that a deadly weapon such as a gun or knife was used.Another example, Assault on Personnel would classify under a C Class Felony, or CF.
Stealing railroad tracks comes under a number of Federal felony areas, and will nearly guarantee Federal prison time, and can mean life in prison. However, you more likely mean theft of railroad rails where the track is not in service - this is a felony, and is very unlikely not to be caught if the thief attempts to sell the rails as scrap.
Conversion, in legal terms, is any unauthorized act that deprives owners of personal property without their consent. Felony theft by conversion is punishable up to 10 years in jail.
