Oh, dude, in late summer 2002, the polluted air originating in lower Michigan probably just hung out for a bit, you know, mingling with other pollutants and causing a general ruckus. And as for Arvin averaging 73 bad smog days each year since 2004, well, that's just like, not great, man. Maybe they should invest in some giant air fresheners or something.
