A quick search of the internet did not reveal which animal specie is most endangered in Florida.

According to a report published in May 2017 by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Florida's Endangered and Threatened Species, there are 50 endangered animals in Florida. That include fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, mammals and invertebrates. Interestingly, some of the most familiar - the American Crocodile, American Alligator, and the Manatee - are listed as threatened, not endangered.

Determining the most endangered will likely require more in-depth research, but the FFWCC report would be a good start. Please see discussion below for a link to the report.
