In Welsh, Wales's real name is 'Cymru' (pronounced 'Kumree'). It's Latin it's name is Cambria. The French know it as Payes de Galles (pronounced 'Pay de Gawles').

But for most Anglo-Saxon speaking people, it's just known as Wales.
