NO! Whoever said they are has obviously never visited Ireland before, and I know from experiance, being Irish myself.
Some people just determine them selves however they live. I am only about half Irish but i am very activly involed in The Irish Community, so I consider myself about two thirds Irish. If you are really determined to find out what you really are, you can get a skin/blood test from a specialist.
Mainly European warmblood types. But I prefer Thoroughbreds myself, or a good Anglo-Arabian, or Irish bred horse.
