According to the general census 75.6% of Israel are Jews, 16.9% are Muslims, 2% are Christian, 1.7% are Druze (a distinct religion in Israel, Lebanon, and Syria) and 3.8% believe in other minority religions like Baha'i.

If by "believe" you were referring to something distinct from religion (such as political beliefs, social beliefs, economic beliefs, etc.), Israel has an incredible diversity of opinion on nearly every issue and because of protections on the freedom of speech, press, and assembly, people can easily express these mutually dissenting opinions.

The Israeli Leaders believe in trying to make peace with the Arabs, as you can see from the many offers the Israelis have proposed, and done. One of the things they have done is for example in 1967, when the temple mount was captured (The Jews most holy site) the mount was given strait back to the Arabs (Islam's 3rd holy site).

If by Israeli, you mean the Jewish people, than yes they do. However, most Jews believe Jesus to be a Prophet of God. Where as Catholics believe Jesus to be the Messiah that God promised Israel. The Prophets before the time of Christ, foretold when the Christ would come. Under circumstances, the evidence has proven the Prophets to be correct. Many people witnessed the miracles of Jesus Christ. They all were Jewish, as were the 12 Apostles. It started in Israel (light of the world) and now has spread through out the world. That is, the teachings of God in heaven.

Israelis are a national group, which is to say that they are a group of people who all have a certain citizenship. This is similar to the term "American" since a person is defined as being American by having a certain citizenship, not by race, religion, ideology, political aspirations, or creed. The term Israeli is just that. There are Jewish Israelis (the majority religion) from as varied places as India, Ethiopia, Russia, Morocco, and the United States (among nearly 50 other nations) who form the majority of the country's population. Arab Israelis who are Muslim, Christian, Druze, and Baha'i are a sizable minority. Additionally, there are guest-workers and refugees in Israel from Africa, East Asia, and Southeast Asia.

It is worth noting that the majority of Jewish Israelis are considered Secular Jews and many of these are Atheist or Agnostic.
