Another reply: Despite its relatively small size, Bolivia has a wide variety of climate zones, so it is misleading, at best, to talk about "average temperature". We have tropical regions, where the maximum temperature can go up to 35 or 40 degrees (centigrade) during the day, and (during part of the year) you would sleep at night without a cover; and other regions (high in the mountains) where, even in midsummer, you don't want to go out on the street after sunset.
That is wrong. 73.5 degrees is right.
