That's an extremely broad question. Quarters have been issued since the 1790s so there are many valuable issues, and the "most valuable" title can shift as time passes. Some of the highest-value quarters are 1796, 1870-CC, and 1871-CC. You can find a full set of current prices at any number of web sites. One good portal site is http://www.coinclub.com/prices/

The exchange rate between the U.S. quarter dollar and the Mexican peso fluctuates based on market conditions. As of my last update, 1 U.S. dollar was approximately equal to 18-20 Mexican pesos, so a quarter dollar (25 cents) would be roughly 4.5 to 5 pesos. For the most accurate and up-to-date exchange rates, it's best to check a reliable financial news source or currency converter.
Most accounting systems list all transactions for the quarter in which they are actually paid, regardless of payment due date.
George Washington appears on the quarter, half dollar, and dollar coins issued by the United States Mint. He is most commonly featured on the obverse (front) of the quarter, which is also known as the Washington quarter. Washington is also depicted on the half dollar coin, specifically the Kennedy half dollar, and the dollar coin, including the Presidential dollar series.
