Food service industry is very vey important. The worldwide food service industry makes millions of dollars every year. If there was no food service industry then tourists would be badly affected. Every country has a food service industry. So it is one of the most vital industries.
The main industry of the Caribbean Islands is sugarcane (other than tourism) because the climate allows for the ideal growing conditions for sugarcane. The winter climate is warm, and their summers are hot and wet.

Tourism is Important in Trinidad and Tobago because like many small islands in the Caribbean we depend mainly on foreign exchange revenue. Although Trinidad and Tobago is rich of oil we also need other revenues. Tobago is depend more on tourism because it does not have many natural resources more of the oil and other natural resources are founded in Trinidad, so Tobago has to depend on tourism because it is a small island.
