Your question is an oxymoron. If it is national, it cannot be of central Mexico but from all of Mexico, right?
Mexico has the tequila as national, alcoholic drink; there are regional drinks such as tepache from central Mexico, aguardiente from the Gulf Coast or mezcal from southern Mexico.
Also, Mexico 'invented' chocolate (Aztec: xocolatl, Mayan: chocolha) so you can consider such drink as the non-alcoholic national drink of Mexico.
