well the poverty rate is high and about 23.7% of Australian families suffer from poverty. poverty is simply related to the lack of the basic needs eg. water, food, clothing, bathing and your financial status, but here in Australia families are simply compared to other families money status which also connects with the poverty line. this line shows the minimum level of low income.
