All of the yucky ones.

Lake Burley Griffin, the manmade lake in the center of Canberra, Australia, is subject to outbreaks of toxic blue-green algae, heavy metal contamination from upstream lead mines, and groundwater runoff contamination are some of the yucky stuff that ends up in Canberra Lake.

See the link below to the National Capital Authority's contact information and the current Draft of the Development Control Plan, including the Lake Burley Griffin Water Quality Management Plan. For those who wish to be involved, a public information session will be held at the NCA offices on Thursday 26 August 2010.
