The people of Chembakolli are in the Tamil-speaking area of southern India. But they're considered Adivasi = tribal peoples. They're mainly from the Bettakurumba and Kattunaikan tribes. So they may speak Kurumba, and a form of the Kuvar language. Kattunaikan tribespeople are considered sort of a sub-tribe within the Kuvar tribespeople.
