Oh, what a lovely thought! Richard Chamberlain now lives on the beautiful island of Oahu in Hawaii. Can you imagine waking up to the gentle sound of the ocean and the warm Hawaiian sun every day? It must be a paradise for his soul.
Maui is 10 hours behind GMT.
In old and gold times, you had the trains that ran on steam engines. They used to pollute a lot, when coal was burned. But then the number of trains were very less and pollution was not a great problem. Now every body is running after material things. People travel a lot and the number of trains has increased to high level. Diesel trains pollute the air to fairly large extent. Trains running on electricity do not pollute the air directly. But then the air is already polluted when the electricity was generated.

The usual first stop is Honolulu, Oahu. Basically it is now a tourist trap, but still there are many things to see. To get the most out of this kind of trip, the outer islands (Kauai, the big island Hawaii, Maui, etc. are a must. There you can get a real feel for the old Hawaii. All in all a wonderful place to visit.
