The living conditions in World War 1 were horrendous, the soldiers would usually get hot, and there sweat would make them feel sticky, they would smell which means they would attract flies and hands, there feet would have been swollen. it was hard to move around in the trenches during summer because they mud would be soggy and later on in the day the mud would harden and it would be difficult to walk.
