For March the average lows would be in the 40's.
Uhm, I have lived in Texas my whole life. It is hardly ever 40 degrees and especiallly not in March.
^ Lows....as in "at night". It's not uncommon for the night time lows to reach 40 in March. It also depends on where in Texas you live. The Panhandle area sees snow and colder temps while here at the coast (where I reside) we usually see warmer temps year round. However, like I mentioned before, 40 degrees in March at night is not unheard of here either.
Highs average 22F and lows 9F. This is much warmer than the AVERAGE of the upper midwest during this time of the year.
