None gave a bomb as a gift to Pakistan. The Pakistanis themselves built it for many years. Well, to make a bomb you need many things: technology, know-how, materials, fuel rods, uranium, a secure place. So Pakistan by all means tried to get all these stuffs. Specially for tech. know-how and and raw materials. So sometimes they got it by various illegal ways. North Korea can be one example.
Bangladesh has never done any nuclear weapons tests. Pakistan and India usually test above ground to intimidate each other.

India conducted its first nuclear test in 1974 to demonstrate its ability to develop nuclear weapons technology. The test, known as "Smiling Buddha," was considered a strategic move to establish India's nuclear deterrence capabilities in the region.

Yes. Pakistan is one out of nine known nuclear states. It is also the only Muslim country known to possess nuclear weapons. Pakistan conducted its first nuclear test (5 simultaneous detonations) on May 28, 1998, called Chagai I, and its second, and final test, Chagai 2, two days later, on May 30, 1998. Chagai II had a yield of approximately 20 kilotons.
All countries that have exploded nuclear devices have exploded their first devices. The USA was the first to detonate such a device and the only country to use nuclear warheads in combat. The most recent countries to test nuclear devices are India, Pakistan, and North Korea.

India and Pakistan are among the Non-NPT Nuclear Weapons Possessors: India and Pakistan never joined the NPT and are known to possess nuclear weapons. Claiming its nuclear program was for peaceful purposes, India first tested a nuclear explosive device in 1974. That test spurred Pakistan to ramp up work on its secret nuclear weapons program. India and Pakistan both publicly demonstrated their nuclear weapon capabilities with a round of tit-for-tat nuclear tests in May 1998. The following arsenal estimates are based on the amount of fissile material-highly enriched uranium and plutonium - that each of the states is estimated to have produced. Fissile material is the key element for making nuclear weapons. India is believed to use plutonium in their weapons, while Pakistan is thought to use highly enriched uranium. India: Up to 100 nuclear warheads. Pakistan: Between 70 to 90 nuclear warheads. Hence, comparatively India's Nuclear Weapons are more devastating than Pakistan. Lets hope none of the countries ever use them to destruct mankind!
