No. Israel will not become the world's superpower as it does not have the political, economic, social, or military capital to expand beyond its borders in any meaningful way in the near future. It looks relatively clear that China will become the next superpower if current trends continue. Israel will certainly continue to be a regional power in the Middle East for at least another decade, but its influence will not expand.
