Maui Jim

Maui Jim was created in 1980.
You may be able to find discontinued Maui Jim Volcanos in black through online marketplaces such as eBay or through specialty sunglasses retailers that carry pre-owned or vintage models. Another option is to reach out to Maui Jim directly to see if they have any archived inventory or recommendations for where to find discontinued styles.
Directly from Maui Jim.
Ray-Ban used to be a top tier manufacturer of sunglasses when they were owned by Bausch + Lomb. However, in 1999 Ray-Ban came under the control of Luxottica and quality has suffered since. I would recommend Maui Jim over any post-1999 Ray-Ban product. However, if you find a pair of pre-1999 Ray-Ban (there will be a "BL" etched into each lens), they should be optically equal to Maui Jim. Ray-Ban will block 85% of visible light with their B-15 and G-15 lenses, while Maui Jim will block 90% of visible light with their Neutral Grey lenses or 85% with their HCL Bronze lenses.
He uses maui jim glasses but I dont know the exact model... I hope this helps it took me 3 days to find this out... :-)
