Puffin Island (Ynys Seiriol in Welsh) is an uninhabited island off the coast of Wales in the Irish Sea. It is almost due west of Liverpool, off the east coast of the island of Anglesey. It is a bird sanctuary for species including the puffin and Great Cormorant.

There are three locations called Puffin Island in the US: in Maine, Washington, and in Alaska, where it is a small island off Chamisso Island that is part of the nature preserve.

The islands of Lundy (Bristol Channel) and Lundey (Reykjavik, Iceland) both have the meaning "Puffin Island."
