Dutch is used in The Netherlands, just a bit in Belgium (kinda dialect called Fremmish) and in some small islands in the Caribbean, where folks however mix a lot Spanish, French, English, Portuguese and African idioms (as in Surinam too), so Dutch is not all that useful, once you speak English* in several ways. Turkish is not only the official and national language in Turkey, but a little comprehensible in Azerbayjan and other near areas that have same-origined languages. I thus opine Turkish nowadays is more useful, *especially if you learn German too, which is other option to Dutch with English, and several Turks use it, as many folks still go from that country to work in Germany since long ago!!! You may however find personal reasons for choosing Dutch. ;D)
