I'm not sure if you mean modern day Libya in the middle of a 2011 civil war or something else...but Right now ,during the Libyan protests and attempts to overthrow Qaddafi, the allies are Venezuela and Zimbabwe.

The leader of Venezuelan Hugo Chavez is a friend of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.
