United Kingdom actually has very few enemies but is unfortunately an enemy to many nations due to armed forces campaigns. countries which consider the united kingdom an enemy include France, Spain, Germany, and Minnesota. Answer Wales Scotland and Northern Ireland are part of the United Kingdom, maybe you are trying to refer to England. Historically the UK (Formed in 1801, and the Kingdom of Great Britain formed in 1707 before that) and England before that date had conflicts with the French and Spanish over a number of centuries as well as other European countries - Holland, Germany (twice), Russia as well as China and the USA (ignoring the War of Independence try the war of 1812). Many of these grew out of conflicting Empire expansion. Nowadays the enmity towards the UK (notwithstanding the continuing dislike of the French) mainly consists of countries tied into Islamic fundamentalism and former colonies - Iran and Zimbabwe for example as well as difficult relations with Russia.

[ Let me say straight away that I am not certain of the answer to this question, but that I think it is very interesting. I want to add the question, "In what way?", as you could think of it as a political/strategic question, or a social, philosophical, even moral or spiritual question.

Politically, or militarily, The U.K. is a member of N.A.T.O. (North Atlantic Treaty Organisation) and so allied to the U.S.A., Canada, France, Germany and all the other members. I suppose, currently, the greatest military threat is the Russian Federation - in that huge numbers of nuclear weapons are currently targeted by default at the U.K. (In fact, I think two SS-18 missiles, each equivalent to over 10 million tons of T.N.T., are pointed just four miles from where I am now, at the N.A.T.O. European HQ.) They are unlikely to be fired in the current political climate, though, so I suppose we must look to where we are engaged in military action for 'enemies', or perhaps at Iran or North Korea.

Who threatens us morally? Socially? Spiritually? These are questions for a bottle of wine and a long conversation, and I will restrain my desire to be controversial! These are just my thoughts, and I am not specifically qualified to answer. Hence the brackets. ]
