Either the F-15 Eagle or the F-16 Fighting Falcon.
It's difficult to tell which are aircraft numbers there, as you squished them altogether. There was no A-1, no B-4 (and if there had been those were NOT fighter designations) -C-12 is a Beech Huron, a twin engine transport. The only fighter plane there is the F-15, which was named 'Eagle' .
