Franklin Earl Lucas (born August 4, 1876 in Grant City, Missouri; died November 26, 1948 in Buffalo, Wyoming) succeeded William Bradford Ross as the thirteenth Governor of Wyoming, serving between October 2, 1924 and January 5, 1925.
Following the end of Lucas' term as Governor, Nellie Tayloe Ross (born November 29, 1876 in St. Joseph, Missouri; died December 19, 1977 in Washington DC) became the fourteenth Governor of Wyoming, serving between January 5, 1925 and January 3, 1927.
