Why Scots do not like England?

It would not be totally accurate to say that the Scottish do not like the UK. Scotland is part of the UK, but many people want Scotland to be independent. It is normal for countries to want independence. There is no animosity between Scotland and other parts of the UK. They would just like to rule themselves. There would still be very strong ties between Scotland and the other countries in the UK if Scotland did become independent.

This situation DOES exist, to varying degrees and for a variety of reasons.

Most of it is quite low-level, innoculous jocular stuff - nothing more than the fact that the Scots and the English share a land border, and poke fun at each other.

On a higher level is the fact that some Scottish people resent the control the UK Government has over Scotland (they perceive it as being an 'English' Government, with a bias towards matters in England / against matters in Scotland. As much as anything, this is probably fueled by the fact that the seat of Government is very definitely in the south of England, far away from the Scottish border; even people in the North of England will air greivances about the apparent disparity between the way Government seems to favour those in the southern areas of England, and those areas further north.

On a historical note, the Scots (mostly) hated the English as they were seen as oppressors, and some of this feeling is apparently still alive today, several hundred years later!
