Spain was a crumbling empire, desperately trying to keep its holdings around the world. At the time (1810), Mexico was the most successful colony it ever had, like today California and Texas are to the United States. By losing Mexico and the remaining territories in the Americas, Spain would effectively cease to be a colonial power.

Bolivia, Venezuela, and Ecuador don't necessarily hate the people of the United States, rather those three countries dislike the U.S government's policies and its meddling in world affairs including that of Latin America. Each of those countries boast their own national sovereignty and wish that no country, including the U.S, should have a greater say in their affairs and should remain diplomatic friends without intervention.
He travelled all over thr world,including south America, where he brought alot of love but hate a discontent,by bringing along with his sailors diseases...something to to with a particular tribes in the south America countries perhaps the Andes not sure..but he also taught alot of new things..
