It's not much different than my country, and the people there truly want to develop and become best at every thing. I think they are doing it the right way, but the thing about the government is that they just expect more from them since they are so rich.
Saudi Arabia is definitely not a third world country. Their social programs, medicine and education in particular, are far superior to anything in most 'developed' countries in the world.
