The world's second tallest mountain is K2, also known as Chhogori/Qogir, Ketu/Kechu, and Mount Godwin-Austen. The world's tallest mountain is Mt. Everest.
The heights of mountains seem to change as new technology is developed for measuring them. According to my information, Mt Everest is still the highest peak in the world at 8,848 metres. K2 is a mere 8,610 metres and has two alternative names, Godwin Austen and Dapsang.
K2, also known as Chhogori/Qogir, Ketu/Kechu, and Mount Godwin-Austen, is the second highest mountain in the world at 8,611 metres (28,251 ft), after Mount Everest. It is located on the border between Baltistan, in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of northern Pakistan.

Mount K2, also known as Mount Godwin-Austen, was formed through the collision of tectonic plates around 50 million years ago. This collision caused the uplift of the Himalayan mountain range, including K2, due to the intense pressure and force of the converging plates. Over time, the erosion by glaciers and weathering helped shape K2 into the imposing peak we see today.
Definitely Austin, TX. Missoula is too cold for me and there isn't enough to do in comparison to Austin. Also, Austin has more jobs available and the economy is stronger. Housing market is great in Austin - your money goes a long way.
Austin is almost always one hour ahead of Colorado. (There are only two hours per year when it's not.)
