white milky substance is your head gasket cracked... water mixing with the oil will cause that! not good. you will need to get your head reworked and the only prob is if its hot enough to warp the head then your block could be warped too; if its alumn. you may be lucky and its only the gasket just went bad. it cost around 400-700 to get one installed. sorry for the bad news but that's what it is!
