Trunk
I have a set of Protocal luggage bought in 2009. The main piece has broken down around the inside of the luggage. On the inside the cardboard has split and torn. There is nothing left except for the metal bars. On the outside there is a slit just under the handle @6'' long. I took it to JC Penney because that is where the luggage was purchased. They gave me a phone number that has nothing to do with this Protocal. That # was 800-889-8932. What am I to do with this luggage? It does have the 5 year warranty.... Thanks!
All aircraft have a certain weight limit that must not be exceeded for safety reasons. By figuring the number of people and luggage items the plane will carry, the airline can decide what the maximum weight for each bag can be. If a piece of luggage exceeds this weight, or if there are excess luggage items, it may have to be sent out on another flight, which is more costly. This is why you may be charged a fee for bringing more than a few pieces of luggage or having luggage that weighs more than a certain amount.
