North Korea is often considered one of the least globalized countries in the world due to its isolationist policies, strict controls on information flow, limited international trade, and restricted access to the internet. The country's government tightly regulates interactions with the outside world, resulting in minimal cultural, economic, and political exchange with other nations.

Personally because of what technology has done to the world I think everyone should at least have a chance to have access to it. Whether or not they decide to use it is another question, but everyone deserves the opportunity.
