Any President can be removed from office, but the bar is set pretty high. Presidents cannot be removed just because you don't like them. According to the Constitution, impeachable offenses are "treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors."

Bill Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives but acquitted by the Senate, so he was not removed from office.
