It depends what your medical problems are. The Army does (believe it or not) consider your safety, so if for instance you were deaf or couldn't see well even with glasses then yes, they can discharge you. Completion of Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training (or One Station Unit Training, depending on your MOS), completion of jump school, availability of slots for your MOS in an Airborne unit, and assignment to one of those slots.
They reduce training time, the loss of unwritten information, the commission of errors, the omission of essential steps or processes, and the time required for completion of tasks.
Most schools that you complete your flight training with in California will certify that training. It is a pretty simple process.

An EPTS (Existing Prior to Service) discharge is a medical related discharge for medical conditions that existed before entering the armed forces. You may or may not know about the condition when entering the service, processing through MEPS, and leaving for basic training. The discharge is used for those who cannot hack Basic Training due to the medical problem.
Training to be a Private Investigator requires an individual to attend a Basic Private Investigator Training Course of a minimum of 50 hours. This can be a classroom-based or web-based course. Upon completion of the course the individual will be provided with a completion number with which they will use to register for the licensing exam.

The industry training program prepares employees for the workforce in a certain industry. There is a certificate awarded upon completion.
You will need to complete an 8-hour long Powers to Arrest course and then apply for the card upon completion of the course. Once you receive the card, you will have 30 days to complete another 16 hours of training. Following that, you will have 6 months to complete another 16 hours of training.
