It is completely impossible to join any forces in the US Army with any criminal record, juvenile or not. So, I would recommend staying out of trouble for the time being if you want to fight for our country someday.

Not even every US citizen living outside the US has to join the US army. Certainly people from other American countries do not have to.
You must have a GED or HS Diploma to join the United States Army.
