No, not by a long shot. Andrew Jackson was a vindictive, petty person. Those who had their rights usurped under his administration were the Cherokee, Seminoles, Kickapoo, Creek, and other Native American people in the US and her territories. In fact, Jackson pretty much set the stage for Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party's treatment of those they euthanized and put into camps. Hitler referred to this directly when he initially ordered relocation from the ghettos to "reservations."
