The financial aid package that you have been awarded at one college can not be transferred to another college. You would have to add the second college to your FAFSA (you can do this online at www.fafsa.ed.gov or by calling 1-800-4FEDAID) so that they would know that you want to apply for financial aid at their school. Once they have your FAFSA information and you've been admitted to their program, they should send you a financial aid award that's good for their school. Good Luck!
When you want to change colleges you apply for the new college and there will be a place on the paperwork where you will check that this is a transfer. After you check that they will have you include a transcript from your old college. They will evaluate it and decide if they will give you credit for all your classes ( they don't have to and they can add new classes for your major) so when you enroll your classes will show up on your new college transcript.
Yes we can change the college in 2nd year only when both the colleges belongs to same university. But if the university is different then it is not possible to change college.
You should have a high school diploma in a college prep program. There are some colleges that will accept a GED. Still, if you do not meet the entrance requirements of the four year college or university, you can start at a community college and then transfer to the four year institution later. The community college is a great place to start and gives everyone the change to obtain a college degree.
You can, however there is always the possibility you may lose credits in transfer.

Attending community college before completing your bachelors degree at a four-year institution can save you a sizable chunk of change. Tuition and fees at public community colleges average less than half of those at public four-year colleges and about one-tenth of those at private four-year colleges.

There is no rule of thumb for this. Usually the receiving college or university wants to see at least two good solid semesters from the school you are intending to transfer from. Still, if you are attending a two year institution, you would be better off completing the associates degree first - unless your planning to change your program of study.
No, I would not recommend that. College and university admissions requirements can change from one semester to another. Besides that, most colleges and universities will not accept applications placed that early. Just stay in contact with your counselor who will advise you appropriately. No, I would not recommend that. Yes, you can change your engineering college after the second year under Pune University, but it typically requires approval from both the institution you wish to transfer to and the university. You'll need to meet certain eligibility criteria and provide valid reasons for the transfer. Additionally, the availability of seats in the desired college and program can also influence the possibility of a transfer. It's advisable to consult the university’s guidelines and speak with academic advisors for specific procedures.
