In regards to your letter of Nov. 21, 2011, I am writing to inform you of a few things. I was able to extract $100.00 from the fellow who double charged me so that money is no longer an issue. However, the $20.00 that was charged to me well after I requested that no more charges be made against my account, you still owe me. The form letter you sent me was awful and must have been created by a Madison Ave. lawyer who wanted to make sure you never had to pay out anything. So at this point I expect only a $20.00 pay back to me. If you have taken any fees from me you need to make certain that they are erased. I have been with Key bank for 35 years and hate like the devil to change banks. I hope you can understand my letter and it's meaning. I found your form letter to be gastly.
A faithful customer, Craig Wallentine, 801-262-7914 in Murray, Utah
