Try contacting the Public Information Officer for Fort Benning. Ask for the information you want and see if he can email or fax it to you. It is likely this will be a dead end, but it is worth a try, especially if you explain your reason for wanting it. It should be available by Freedom of Information Act request, but you likely would have to pay for it. So, if the PIO denies you, ask to whom an FOIA must be sent and if there is a per page cost. You could also try calling the unit directly and speaking to the unit clerk.
