It changes all the time, since it's very easy to form or dissolve political parties in Israel.

In today's Knesset (the Israeli version of Parliament), 13 different parties have seats. They are:

Ha'avodah

Ha'atzmaut

HaBayit Hayehudi - New National Religious Party

Hadash

Ichud Leumi

Kadima

Likud

National Democratic Assembly

New Movement - Meretz

Ra'am-Ta'al

Shas

United Torah Judaism

Yisrael Beiteinu

There were, of course, many other parties on the ballot which didn't receive enough votes to be in the 18th Knesset (the current one). To be on the ballot, a party only needs the support of 2% of the population, so it's not that hard to get on the ballot compared to other countries.
