At the time that John McCain chose Sarah Palin as his 2008 Presidential race running mate, she was the Governor of Alaska and had one of the highest approval ratings by her constituents of all the US Governors. Many are interested to see if that rating changes for the better or worse or stays the same now that the election is over and McCain/Palin lost the bid to Barack Obama and Joe Biden.
