Check your DD214. At the top will be an "R Code" (Re-enlistment Code). There will be a number or letter there that will determine whether you may re-enlist. You also need to look at your type of discharge. If you were adminsitratively separated and received an Honorable you may be able to. But a general or OTH may make things difficult. If you were ADSEPed for drug use or other disciplinary reasons maybe you should reconsider trying to reenlist.
