When a creature with first strike and deathtouch attacks in combat, it deals its combat damage first due to first strike. If the damage dealt by the creature is enough to destroy the defending creature, the defending creature is destroyed without dealing damage back. This is because deathtouch means that any amount of damage dealt by the creature is enough to destroy another creature.

When a creature with double strike and trample deals combat damage, it first deals damage equal to its power to the defending player or planeswalker. Any excess damage is then assigned to blocking creatures. Trample allows the excess damage to "trample over" and be dealt to the defending player or planeswalker.
Meningitis is inflammation of the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord; it often causes severe neurologic deficits such as inability to walk, abnormal behavior and posture and sometimes seizures. There are three possible outcomes from meningitis - death, full recovery or partial recovery. The first two (death and full recovery) are self-explanatory, but they are less likely than a partial recovery. In a partial recovery, the Yorkie may get better, but would still show residual signs of the inflammation such as occasional seizures or a head tilt. The actual outcome will depend upon what caused the meningitis in the first place, how fast it was treated, how bad it got and how well the Yorkie dealt with it.
In Texas Hold'em, each player is dealt two cards face down as their starting hand. These are called the "hole cards." The first three community cards dealt face up on the table are called the "flop."

In cribbage, the player who deals the cards first is determined by a random draw or by the winner of the previous game.
It is 1 in 17. Here's why: There are 52 cards in a deck, 13 different value cards (A, 2, 3, etc.), and two cards are dealt. We're finding the odds of getting any pocket pair, not just one. This means that the first card dealt can be any value. The second card has to repeat the value of the first card. For example, the first card dealt is a 10, and now the second card has to be a 10. After the first 10 is dealt, there are 51 cards left in the deck, and 3 different 10's. Therefore, 3 over 51 simplifies to 1 over 17.
