Most employers spend their time looking for applicants through a combination of online job postings, leveraging professional networking platforms like LinkedIn, and utilizing recruitment agencies. They often review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and may also use applicant tracking systems to streamline the process. Additionally, many employers engage in active sourcing by reaching out to potential candidates directly, especially for specialized roles. Networking events and job fairs are also common methods for finding suitable applicants.
