"Precision is the strict adherence to optimal execution standards for PRT activities. Precision is based on the premise that the quality of the movement or form is just as important as the weight lifted, repetitions performed or speed of running. It is important not only for improving physical skills and abilities, but to decrease the likelihood of injury due to the development of faulty movement patterns. Adhering to precise execution standards in the conduct of all PRT activities ensures the development of body management and fundamental movement skills."
Precision progression and integration are the components of Physical Readiness Training (PRT).
Progressive overload is the term that describes the systematic increase in the intensity of physical resistance training (PRT) activities over time. This is done by gradually increasing the weight, repetitions, or sets of exercises to continually challenge the muscles for adaptation and growth.

In CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, PRT typically refers to "part," indicating the specific component being manufactured. It can also denote a tool path or a specific operation related to the part's production. PRT files may contain information about the geometry, dimensions, and machining processes required for creating the part, ensuring precision and efficiency in automated manufacturing. This enhances the machine's ability to produce complex designs accurately.
Effects
Precision is how close your measurements are. Accuracy is how close your measurements are to the actual measurement.
