In his writings, particularly in the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson expressed strong opposition to monarchy. He argued that hereditary rule was incompatible with the principles of democracy and individual rights. Jefferson believed that governments should derive their power from the consent of the governed, and he criticized monarchy for perpetuating inequality and tyranny. He championed the idea of a government accountable to the people rather than a royal lineage.
Yes they do, constitutional monarchy runs elections which lets people to get to vote. Every legal citizen has a right to say.

Italy used to be a monarchy which is a country ruled by kings and queens
Thomas Jefferson
Limited monarchy gives more power to the people. The gorvernment has more control. In an absolute monarchy, the king, queen, or president has all of the power, and "the poeple" dont get any say in what goes on, until there is a reelection.

Monarchy comes in two varieties, absolute monarchy and constitutional monarchy. That is to say, the monarch can be a dictator, or can preside over a more democratic state. In the absolute version, monarchy would be an example of autocracy. In the constitutional monarchy the ruler's powers are very limited because of the Constitution and laws of the nation.
According to the Monticello web site, Jefferson did not say it. It was said by John Sharp Williams in a speech he gave about Jefferson.
yes he was affraid to say what he was going to say.
All men are created equal and our liberty, life, and happiness can't be taken from us.
In an absolute monarchy, only the monarch has power, so everyone other than the monarch has no power. In a constitutional monarchy, who is deprived of power depends entirely on the constitution in question.
Is a Absolute monarchy good or bad? To answer your question honestly, in my opinion an absolute Monarchy would be a bad thing. It could turn out to be a dictatorship, if the one that is the head of the Monarchy commits a crime, the authorities will have to protect his/her Majesty. So I would have to say it would be a bad thing.
