It depends on when the bill was printed. Bill designs weren't standardized until 1928 so older silver certificates had many different images and layouts, far too many to detail in a compact answer.

Following standardization, all $10 bills regardless of type had a small picture of Alexander Hamilton in an oval frame in the bill's front center. The word TEN appeared in large letters on the right side, and the number 10 appeared in all 4 corners. The two lower corners also had TEN superimposed on the number.

The major difference was the ink colors used for the bills' seals and serial numbers. On Federal Reserve Notes (the kind we use today) they were printed in green ink, while silver certificates used blue ink. In addition, the banner across the top of a silver certificate had those words while a Federal Reserve Note had that phrase in the banner.

The reverse side was the same for all types - a view of the Treasury Building in Washington.

Note that even though the bills say "redeemable in silver", the Treasury halted redemption back in 1968 after the price of silver was deregulated.

What do us silver certificates look like?

It really depends on the series, but the small sized series look very similar to a normal US dollar bill only rather than having a green serial number it is blue. It also has a blue seal, says "Silver certificate" at the top, and rather than saying "X Dollar(s)" it says "X Silver Dollar(s) Payable to Bearer on demand" Earlier silver certificates will look different. For images just Google "Silver Certificate" and look at the different types.
